En esta oportunidad OILTECH fue contratada por la empresa A. EVANGELISTA S.A &nbsp;(AESA) para la ejecuci\u00f3n de dichos trabajos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El alcance de los trabajos comprendieron:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul><li><strong>Armado, ensamble, montaje mec\u00e1nico e instalaci\u00f3n de todos los equipos.<\/strong><\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Las turbinas instaladas se trataron de un <strong>Turbogenerador General Electric modelo LM-6000<\/strong>, con un generador de <strong>50MW \u2013 13,2 kV<\/strong> provisto por General Electric y los equipos asociado de la isla de potencia; un turbogrupo fue instalado en la localidad de Villa Mar\u00eda &#8211; C\u00f3rdoba y el otro turbogrupo fue instalado en la localidad de General Rojo &#8211; Buenos Aires.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Equipos instalados:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul><li>Dos (02) Turbinas de gas GE modelo LM-6000.<\/li><li>Dos (02) Generadores de 50MW.<\/li><li>Dos (02) Reductores de velocidad (Gear Box) y acoplamientos.<\/li><li>Dos (02) Centrales de lubricaci\u00f3n y accesorios.<\/li><li>Dos (02) realiz\u00f3 con altos est\u00e1ndares de calidad y siguiendo diariamente toda la trazabilidad de cada uno de los procesos involucrados en el proyecto (instalaci\u00f3n y montaje).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ambos proyectos fueron ejecutados en paralelo en cada una de las localidades durante un tiempo de ejecuci\u00f3n de tres (03) meses de obra para la completaci\u00f3n mec\u00e1nica en donde se gastaron <strong>19.000,00 HH<\/strong>, destacando que todas estas HH fueron <strong>sin accidentes<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-social-links aligncenter EVANGELISTA S.A (AESA)<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">PROJECT OBJECTIVES<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>Mechanical installation of two (2) new <strong>50 MW General Electric gas turbines <\/strong>and the main equipment of the power island to make the expansion of the Plant.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">SCOPE OF PROJECT<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>Mechanical assembly and installation of all equipment. The installed turbines were a General Electric model LM-6000 turbogenerator, with a 50MW &#8211; 13.2 kV generator provided by General Electric. One turbogroup was installed in the town of Villa Mar\u00eda &#8211; C\u00f3rdoba and the other turbogroup was installed in the town of General Rojo &#8211; Buenos Aires.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 compressor.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">ACHIEVEMENTS<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>All assembly was carried out with high quality standards and daily following traceability of each processes involved in the project (installation and assembly). <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Both projects were executed in parallel in each of the localities during an execution time of three (03) months of work for the mechanical completion where <strong>19,000.00 HH <\/strong>were spent, highlighting that all these HH were <strong>without accidents<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-social-links
