Andr\u00e9s Marcano<\/strong><\/strong> &#8211; CEMENT SPECIALIST<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>\u00bfTienes Problemas con la Cementaci\u00f3n de tus Pozos?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Un punto clave a tomar en cuenta, durante el dise\u00f1o de la lechada y la realizaci\u00f3n de la operaci\u00f3n de Cemento es la: <strong>MIGRACION DE GAS DESPU\u00c9S DE LA CEMENTACION. <\/strong>Aqu\u00ed te damos unos Tips para ayudarte a <strong>SOLUCIONAR<\/strong> ese problema.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El flujo de gas en el anular despu\u00e9s de haber realizado la cementaci\u00f3n de los revestidores en pozos de petr\u00f3leo o gas, ha sido un problema en la industria por muchos a\u00f1os. Muchas investigaciones sobre esta situaci\u00f3n y teor\u00edas han sido desarrolladas, pero en realidad no se ha corregido el problema en su totalidad. La experiencia indica que la raz\u00f3n principal de este problema ha sido un pobre seguimiento y control de los par\u00e1metros operacionales durante la operaci\u00f3n de cementaci\u00f3n y\/o equivocada selecci\u00f3n de las lechadas de cemento propuestas. Las consecuencias de la migraci\u00f3n del gas luego de la cementaci\u00f3n son varias, entre ellas la comunicaci\u00f3n entre zonas o yacimientos diferentes, zonas someras presurizadas, da\u00f1o ambiental y arremetidas o Blowout han ocurrido por esta causa.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El \u00e9xito de los trabajos de cementaci\u00f3n se basa en una buena planificaci\u00f3n, en la selecci\u00f3n del adecuado dise\u00f1o de la lechada y en el control y comprobaci\u00f3n de los par\u00e1metros deseados por medio de pruebas pre-operacionales en los laboratorios de cemento, tales como: Tiempo de Transici\u00f3n (donde los valores deben estar en el rango entre 10 minutos a 20 minutos), resistencia de gel del cemento (valores deben estar en el orden 500 y 1000 lbs\/100pies2)&nbsp; y&nbsp; valores de p\u00e9rdida de filtrado por debajo de 20 cc\/30 minutos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Se ha comprobado, luego por medio de registros CBL\/VDL, que no hubo flujo de gas en el anular despu\u00e9s de la operaci\u00f3n de cementaci\u00f3n, cuando se cumple con los par\u00e1metros de dise\u00f1o planificados en el laboratorio y luego estos se reproducen en campo durante la Here are some tips to help you OVERCOME that problem.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The flow of gas into the annular after cementing has been a problem in the oil industry for Many years. researches on these situations and theories have been developed but in reality, the problem has not been entirely corrected. Experience indicates that the main reason for this problem has been poor monitoring and control of operational parameters during the cementing operation and\/or misguided selection of proposed cement slurries. The consequences of gas migration after cementing well are several, including communication between different areas or reservoirs, pressurized shallow areas, environmental damage and well kicking or even blowout have occurred due to this cause.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The success of cementing Job is based on good planning, the selection of the proper slurry design and the control and verification of the desired parameters by means of pre-operational tests in cement laboratories, such as: transition time (where values should be in the range between 10 minutes to 20 minutes), cement gel resistance (values should be in the order 500 and 1000 lbs\/100feet2) and filter loss values below 20 cc\/30 minutes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>It has been verified, then by means of CBL\/VDL records, that there was not
