En esta oportunidad OILTECH fue contratada por la empresa poseedora del EPC para la ejecuci\u00f3n de dichos trabajos (DOMINION ENERGY).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-gallery columns-3 los trabajos comprendieron:<\/strong><strong><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul><li>Montaje mec\u00e1nico de los equipos suministrados por Siemens.<\/li><li>Prefabricaci\u00f3n y Montaje de tuber\u00edas y accesorios de los sistemas: vapor y drenaje, vac\u00edo y condensado, aceite de control, aceite lubricante.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>La turbina instalada se trat\u00f3 de un <strong>Turbogenerador Siemens modelo SST-300<\/strong>, con un generador de <strong>18MW \u2013 13,2 kV<\/strong> provisto por Siemens y los equipos asociados.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Equipos instalados:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul><li>Turbina de vapor de condensaci\u00f3n modelo SST-300.<\/li><li>Generador de 18MW.<\/li><li>Reductor de velocidad (Gear Box) y acoplamientos.<\/li><li>Condensador.<\/li><li>Tanque flash.<\/li><li>Central de lubricaci\u00f3n y accesorios.<\/li><li>Central hidr\u00e1ulica de control.<\/li><li>Ca\u00f1er\u00edas de vapor y drenaje.<\/li><li>Ca\u00f1er\u00edas de vac\u00edo y condensado.<\/li><li>Ca\u00f1er\u00edas de aceite de control.<\/li><li>Ca\u00f1er\u00edas de aceite lubricante.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Todo el montaje se realiz\u00f3 con altos est\u00e1ndares de calidad y siguiendo diariamente toda la trazabilidad de cada uno de los procesos involucrados en el proyecto (fabricaci\u00f3n, instalaci\u00f3n, montaje y pruebas). El proyecto se ejecut\u00f3 durante seis (06) meses de obra en donde hasta la completaci\u00f3n mec\u00e1nica se gastaron <strong>25.000,00 HH<\/strong>, destacando que todas estas HH fueron class=\"wp-block-heading\">PROJECT OBJECTIVES<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>Mechanical installation of new <strong>18 MW Siemens gas turbines <\/strong>and the main equipment of the power island to make expansion of the Plant.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">SCOPE OF PROJECT<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<ul><li>Mechanical assembly of equipment supplied by Siemens.<\/li><li>Prefabrication and assembly of pipes and system accessories: steam and drainage, vacuum and condensate, control oil, lubricating oil. <\/li><li>The installed turbine was a Siemens model SST-300 turbogenerator, with an 18MW &#8211; 13.2 kV generator provided by Siemens and associated equipment.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">ACTIVITIES<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Installed equipment:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul><li>SST-300 condensing steam turbine.<\/li><li>18MW generator.<\/li><li>Speed \u200b\u200breducer (Gear Box) and couplings.<\/li><li>Condenser.<\/li><li>Flash tank.<\/li><li>Central lubrication and accessories.<\/li><li>Hydraulic control station.<\/li><li>Steam and drainage pipes.<\/li><li>Vacuum and condensate pipes. <\/li><li>Control oil pipes.<\/li><li>Lubricating oil pipes.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">ACHIEVEMENTS<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>All assembly was carried out with high quality standards and daily following all the traceability of each of the processes involved in the project (manufacturing, installation, assembly and tests).The project was executed during six (06) months of work, where up to mechanical completion <strong>25,000.00
