MAYOR MAINTENANCE THAN 40,000 HOURS OF SIEMENS TURBINE AND TURBINE CONTROL FRANCO TOSI for VICENTIN
PROJECT OBJECTIVES
Mayor Maintenance of the Siemens Turbine and Control Room of the Franco Tosi Turbine.
SCOPE OF PROJECT
General disarmament of equipment. Rotor removal. Controls and replacement of spare parts. Control of mobile and stationary blades. Control of main oil pump, gear, rotor, bushings and bearings. Turbine-reducer coupling. Control gear slow shaft coupling and generator. Alignment of turbine reducer, generator reducer, exciter generator.
ACTIVITIES
Intervened equipment:
- SIEMENS steam turbine.
- FRANCO TOSI steam turbine.
- Two (02) generators of 5MW and 3MW respectively.
- Two (02) speed reducers (gear box) and couplings.
- Lubrication pipes (lubrication and control).
- Drainage pipes.
- Instruments and accessories.
ACHIEVEMENTS
All maintenance was carried out with high quality standards and daily following all the traceability of each of the processes involved.
The maintenance was executed during forty-five (45) working days where 3,600.00 HH were spent, emphasizing that all these HH were without accidents.
